Our company (Landshapers Environmental Landscaping, LLC) began in 1977 with the vision of creating beautiful custom landscapes which incorporated both water conservation and native plants and boulders into what we called a "Colorado-style" of design.

This design-style incorporated native plant materials, local stone, colorful perennials, groundcovers, bulbs, annuals, and water features to create beautiful landscapes with outdoor living spaces. Colorado's active lifestyle created the growing need for landscapes to be lower maintenance while our limited water resources created the need for landscapes to be more water efficient.

In the mid 1980's, when the sprinkling systems installed during the building boom of the 1970's were beginning to wear out and need major renovation, we noticed a sharp increase in the number of calls we received to repair systems which we hadn't installed. We were often asked to fix problems which had existed for years because the system hadn't been properly installed in the first place. Often, the systems were still fairly new and should have been under warranty, except for the fact that the person/company who had installed the system was no longer in business.

In 1995, after 18-years of installing quality lawn irrigation systems, we created a department (Irrigation Repair Service) just to meet the growing need for someone who could provide a quality sprinkler repair, at a fair and reasonable price, with a guarantee-- and be around to service that guarantee.

In 2005 we changed our business model from a sole proprietorship to an LLC and also changed our name to the longer and more complete, Landshapers Environmental Landscaping and Irrigation Repair Service, LLC.

We have been in business for 30-years and hope to still be serving Denver's landscape and sprinkler needs 30-years from now!
